Many Protesters in Bahrain have streamed back into Pearl Square in the capital Manama to continue their demonstrations against the government. They were initially confronted by riot police, who opened fire with tear gas and shotguns, but police then pulled back and left. Anti-government protesters return to Pearl Square in Manama. Protest tension never gone down and now many countries issued travel warnings to Bahrain due security safety concerns from all over the World.

The media and newspapers reports the tanks and police are gone and protesters have returned, some with flowers and white flags proclaiming peace. There have been cheers of jubilation, along with chants of ruling families to go. Bahrain's Crown prince Salman bin Hamad al-Khalifa is holding initial talks with opposition parties.

They include the main Shia opposition parties in the Sunni-ruled Gulf state. He said the security of the king is his main priority and has called for national mourning for the dead.

The crowds now appear determined to stay in the square, setting up a makeshift hospital and erecting tents. They have been increasingly angry at the violent suppression of their protests by the security forces.

At least 50 people were wounded on Friday as the army fired on protesters following the funerals for four killed when troops cleared Pearl Square early on Thursday. Two people were also killed earlier in the week.

The protest in Bahrain began with calls for the Sunni royal family to cede some power to the country's Shiite majority, but has since turned against the entire political system
