FIFA announced today that Russia will host 2018 World Cup football games and Qatar to host 2022 World Cup. FIFA President Sepp Blatter announced the verdicts at a gathering of the football hierarchy in Zurich moments ago. Russia beat rival bids from England, Portugal-Spain, Netherlands-Belgium to host the football mundial for the first time. Qatar also edged out Australia, the United States, South Korea and Japan also for a historic first time hosting.
Brazil will host the 2014 FIFA World Cup, which will be the 20th FIFA World Cup. Thursday’s decisions came after the bidding countries made their final presentations with Blatter announcing that a secret ballot of Fifa's 22 executive members decided the winners.
Russia and Qatar will both host the tournament for the first time. England, Belgium/Netherlands and Spain/Portugal were also in the running for the 2018 tournament and Australia, Japan, Korea Republic and the United States were the other finalists for the 2022 event.
It will be the first World Cup for each nation, with Blatter speaking after the announcements about Fifa opening the World Cup up to new territories - with first World Cups for Eastern Europe and the Middle East.
England, the 'home of football', was favoured to win hosting rights for the 2018 edition as many British media stated but wasnt good enough to win and didnt get vote even first round, ahead of Russia and a Spain/Portugal combined bid. A combined Netherlands/Belgium bid was the other involved in the 2018 vote. Qatar beat out Australia, USA, Japan and South Korea to host the 2022 tournament.

Brits send Prince to sort out this for England and Prince William led England's 2018 World Cup presentation to FIFA on Thursday by telling members: "I love football, we English love football and it would be an honour for us to host the World Cup." Some Brits wasnt very happy about Russia but always not to forget England is has been suffering from racism very long time and one of the biggest issues in all over the England, but never been an issue because media covers most of the time.
