Two winner will be claiming EuroMillions jackpot and both lucky ticket holders based in UK. In a EuroMillions claim that shattered the earlier British winning record of £35.4 million, two winning tickets were brought to UK. Each ticket-holder will get half of a total lottery money which stands at a whopping £91 Million. The holders of the winning tickets, which were for the 300th EuroMillions draw, have 179 days to claim their prize.
The winning numbers were 11, 19, 34, 43, 45 and lucky stars were 5 and 9. "This is fantastic news. These two ticketholders have just banked the largest lottery prizes ever paid out in the country. If either of the tickets belong to a single winner they will soar into the top spot on the National Lottery rich list", shared a National Lottery spokesperson.
Before last night's numbers were drawn, Britain's biggest EuroMillions lottery winner had been Angela Kelly, a Glasgow based postal mistress who won a total of £35.4 Million in August 2007. The biggest EuroMillions winner in Spain is a 25 year old who won £110 million in May this year. EuroMillions tickets are sold in major European countries including UK, Spain, Switzerland and Portugal.
Next week, National Lottery will mark its 15th anniversary, and since its set up, it has created over 2,300 millionaire and raised some £23 Billion for noble causes. However from next week EuroMillions price will go up to 2£ per a line in UK and every ticket holder will get weekly draw numbers and Euromillions ticket will include the Millionaire Raffle game, where every week one UK player will win £1m.
Winners hasnt been confirmed yet in UK and 2 lucky ticket holder will share the jacpot.
