Ascott International has become the first serviced apartment provider to offer a loyalty scheme to customers in the UK. The Link Club launched this month with its own website, offering rewarding all individual and corporate customers making bookings at its portfolio of 25,000 units worldwide in three brands Ascott, Somerset and Citadines.
Link Club members accrue points that can be redeemed at any point during the following 12-month period, putting them towards rewards tailored to individual users or to corporate accounts.
Says regional general manager UK, Rebecca Hollants van Loocke, “We have been looking for a way in which to reward our many loyal bookers here in the UK. The enormous success The Link Club in Asia has had since its launch a couple of years ago has persuaded us to adopt the same format, tailored to suit the British market.”
Applications for individual accounts are now welcomed from all users, while corporate memberships are available to companies that do not allow rewards for individual users.
