WordPress states "The long-awaited fourteenth release of WordPress is now available. WordPress 3.1 “Reinhardt” is named in honor of the jazz guitarist Django Reinhardt. Version 3.1 is available for download, or you can update from within your dashboard.

WordPress user now can notice and changes on the admin panel as on the front page, after ubgrade check your front page and admin panel you will easly notice changes and this changes not much to worry but you can disable on your admin panel and amend way the you like. Quick links will make your life alot easy while blogging because if you want to see changes same time this is good options.

New admin bar that is displayed to WordPress administrators when they navigate the WordPress frontend. The bar is actually not displayed on all of my blogs right now. I’m not sure why that is the case (likely because of CSS minifying or merging) but there is thankfully a way to disable the admin bar.
