Altinkum is a small resort on the Aegean coast of Turkey. It can be easily accessed via Bodrum airport within an hour or Izmir airport within an hour and a half. Translated it means Golden sands because of the numerious beaches that surround it. There has been something else however which is now attracting more and more interest.

The name Altinkum means "Golden Sand" and when you see the wonderful sweep of its beach you will know why it goes without saying that you can have the perfect "sun and sea" holiday here.

Altinkum is an easygoing and relaxed resort , with a good choice of restaurants and snack bars; by early evening the streets are bustling and you’ll find lots of lively bars, with karaoke, quizzes, dancing and entertainment for all the family.

It is also a perfect base from which to explore the many historic and scenic sites which are close by , first and foremost among them the Roman city of Ephesus. Altinkum has a 3 beach and easily can be accessed by car, free services however you cannot miss the main Altinkum beach soon as you arrive to resort.
