Altinkum Didim District Police Department have detained seven suspects aged between 13-16 in connection with theft crimes in and around the district, this is according to new national reports and the suspects are also believed to be involved with many other crimes in and around the town of Altinkum and Didim.

According to information obtained from the news reports, first suspect was arrested on the Yeni Mahelle Street while he was trying to enter a local store in Didim.

The suspect was believed to be 13 along with other suspects that have been arrested with similar connection incidents in and around Altinkum Didim.

All the suspects has been arrested for further questioning at Didim police station and will be held there until referred to local Didim Court judges. Other suspects have been arrested in connection of theft in and around Altinkum Didim resort and most of them are believed to be linked to the local shops in Didim.

Profiles of the suspects are reported and believed to be TS (16), MB (15), R.Ö (15), Ö.E (16), Ö.Ü (15), and A.Ö (14) and were taken into custody by the local Didim police.

The 6 suspects are being held in a police station until they are referred to the court of Didim for further enquiries, these ongoing investigations will continue into these kinds of theft crime in Altinkum Didim areas.

The summer season has already started and local police forces will not be going to tolerate this kind of miss behaviours around Didim and Altinkum, this kind of thefts and crimes effect the residents, businesses and tourists’ most of all.
