A bombing on a busy street in the city of Diyarbakır early Friday injured seven people, including a noncommissioned army officer, the city's chief prosecutor said.The device - pipe bomb hidden in newspapers and attached to a bicycle - exploded near bus stops used by army vehicles to pick up military personnel, Chief Prosecutor Durdu Kavak said. There was no claim of responsibility for the latest bombing. In the past, outlawed Kurdistan Workers' Party (PKK) that has been fighting for autonomy in the region for more than two decades, have carried out bombings in Diyarbakır. Turkish leaders are debating whether to launch a cross-border offensive into northern Iraq, from where PKK, stage attacks into Turkey.
