On sat 1st Sep Alev Oner was shot dead at just 12 years old. On a usual Saturday as the family were on their way to their Market Store at Mavisehir Market Place, there was a disturbance near the Market.
Two group were fighting when guns were drawn and shot started firing, mother of two children Sebnem Oner immediatly tried to shield her daughter from the violence, by pulling her towards and sheilding her with arms.
A fatal shot was fired skimming the womans hand and hitting 12 years old Alev Oner from back of the head. The young girl was killed instantly, her mother Sebnem Oner in shock said she didnt realise her little girl had been shot until she felt her crumple to the ground.
The gunmans immediatly run away from scene and one of the guns was found by local Jandarma, 1km far from were the little girl has been shot. The getaway car has also been found and 2 man have been arrested, however they still looking for the gunmans that fled the scene on foot.
