Jennifer Aniston has decided to put her amazing luxurious Beverly Hills mansion on the property market, claiming that it is too much for her to handle and need little time to relax. The luxurious home is on the market for a fee of $42 million usa dollars if you are interested. The Hollywood actress spent over two years renovating the property, which measures 9,000 square feet having purchased it in 2006 for $13.5 million. However just amazing mansion to get and has good value, well we are not selling but its worth it.
Despite raving to Architectural Digest that her Zen inspired home felt ‘like a hug’, she decided to put the property on the market after a recent trip to London when she decided that it was too much for her.
Jennifer Aniston stated that interview with People Magazine, she said that she had been having trouble sleeping and had a moment where she decided that she needed to simplify. She added that it was time to clear out the clutter and then she decided to sell the house.
She said that she realised that she was just not that person Aniston named her home Ohana, in honour of the homage of the Hawaiian notion of extended family, and collaborated with designer Stephen Shadley to completely renovate it.
She moved into the decadent property on her 40th birthday in 2009. The property comes complete with a koi pond in the entrance hall, a swimming pool and stunning views of LA.
