Milas-Bodrum Airport is an international airport that serves the Turkish towns of Bodrum and Milas. The airport is situated 36km northeast of the town of Bodrum, and 16km south of Milas. A spacious new international terminal was completed in 2000. The old terminal, now reserved for domestic flights, is 1km away, a 15-minute walk across a grassy field.
The terminals host about 2.5 million travellers per year, and are especially busy during the peak summer tourism months when charter flights arrive frequently from major cities in Europe. The airport has one concrete-surface runway that is 3,000 metres long, and 45 metres wide.
Located close to Milas and the coastline of the Aegean Sea, Milas Bodrum International Airport (BXN) lies on the northern side of the Güllük intersection, servicing over four million passengers yearly and facilitating a multitude of Turkey holiday packages. Mainly serve flights to Bodrum, Gumbet, Izmir and Istanbul mainly but this can gets changed alot during the summer holiday times in Turkey.
Bodrum Airport is very close to Altinkum Didim, Akbuk, Milas, Bodrum Gumbet and Turgut Reis, Yalikavak in Turkey..All the main big holiday companies has flights to Bodrum during the summer but you can always get a flight with Turkish Airlines to Bodrum from Izmir, Ankara and Istanbul.
