Yesiltepe and Seyrantepe is a very small town that has only started to be developed in the last four years. It has basic amenities but a lot of people will go to Akbuk or Altinkum for bigger essentials.

The resort is located a ten minute drive in from the coastline and has fantastic mountain views for all. The well known Bafa lake is a 15 minute walk away. Translated it means Green Hill. A majority of properties in Yesiltepe are villas. However there is nothing for entertainment so you will always need to get a bus to Akbuk or Altinkum not just that also you might need a car if you want to visit Seyrantepe, Yesiltepe.

Nearest town Akbuk offers alot of activities and has many resturants with some bars and nearest nightclubs is based at Sahte Cennet (Near 5 star hotels)
