Didim Today (http://www.didimtoday.com) is provided as a goodwill service to facilitate communication in the community and offer a forum for discussion and information sharing. While we don't want to impose lots of rules and regulations, we do require all members to agree to adhere to these terms, to protect ourselves and all users. By using didimtoday.com you agree to be legally bound by these terms, which will take effect immediately on your first use of didimtoday.com. If you do not agree to be legally bound by all the following terms please cease using the service, and use the 'contact' facility so we can delete your account.

Didim Today is provided on an 'as is' basis: no warranties, express or implied, are made about the quality, security or availability of the service, and the right to withdraw the service is reserved at all times. You may not post inappropriate, potentially offensive or criminal material. This includes unlawful, harassing or 'flaming', defamatory, abusive, threatening, harmful, obscene, profane, sexually orientated, racially offensive or otherwise objectionable material. Contributions, posts, comments adverts, listings and any other material supplied by members must be civil, tasteful, and legal.

Please remain polite and respect the dignity of other users and even if you strongly disagree with their views and be tolerant of others' mistakes: not everyone is a computer expert or has English as their first language. You warrant that you have the right to post any material contained in your contributions to Didim Today and that your contributions are not defamatory, and that they do not infringe any law: you indemnify the site owners against all legal fees, damages and other expenses that may be incurred as a result of your breach of this warranty. Please post only in English posts in other languages may be removed by Didim Today .

You should always check with the organisers before making special arrangements to go to any event listed on Didim Today . While we try to offer accurate information, we cannot check all details, especially on listings  submitted by site members. We can take no responsibility for any errors in event listings, however caused. Spam, chain letters etc are not permitted. Advertising is not permitted except in specific areas of the site which are clearly designated for this purpose. Multiple posts to forum or comment areas of the site of the same, or very similar material, aren't permitted, and posts should be made in the relevant place. 'Bumping' topics (needlessly replying to your own post simply to move it up the list of topics in site forums ) is not permitted and will be deleted by webmaster.

Use of Didim Today for advertising indicates advertisers' and users' agreement with, and acceptance of, these terms and conditions. Advertisers must comply with all relevant Turkish laws for example traders must make their trading status clear in their advertisements. Adverts must also comply with all relevant advertising standards and codes of practice, and ensure adverts are legal, decent, honest and truthful.

We may edit advertisements in any way we see fit, or reject or delete advertisments without any explanation and are likely to do this rather than invest our time investigating them. The inclusion of any particular advertisement or listing in no way constitutes any form of endorsement by Didim Today the site owners, for any business or organisation, and we accept no liability for any costs, losses or damages resulting from or related to any use you may choose to make of such advertised or listed third party products or services. We are not responsible for external links, websites, pages or contents. You can always advetise with google and make your banner, link shows on our pages.

The edit facility, if enabled in certain areas of the site, is intended to allow users to make minor changes, corrections or additions to their posts in forums or comment areas. Please do not make excessive use of this feature, particularly when it will disrupt the sequence or meaning of an existing discussion thread. If you have something new to say, consider making a reply under the same thread, or perhaps starting a new topic.

Don't re-publish, or submit, copyright material on Didim Today without permission. (Copyright generally covers anyone else's work wherever it appears.) If you wish to point to an article or material elsewhere on the web, then it's usually best to simply include a link. We will endeavour to remove or edit posts or articles we believe include copyright material at our discretion.
